We stock many unique body care, supplement and food items that are unavailable or difficult to find in big box stores while keeping an old fashioned atmosphere with original creaky 1900s floors, turn of the century lighting, and friendly, knowledgeable staff who care about your well-being as an individual.

Fresh, organic produce and natural grocery items are delivered to our natural food store every Thursday morning. We are passionate about fair trade practices and supporting local Salisbury and beyond farmers and small, family owned businesses when possible.

Essential Oils and Body Care

Organic, therapeutic grade A essential oils are an excellent way to help support a healthy stress response, ease headache tension, clear sinus pressure and support focused learning abilities in children. Many of our natural body care items, including handmade bar soaps, are scented with essential oils and do not contain parabens, preservatives or sulfates. We also have the largest selection of aluminum free deodorant and fluoride free toothpaste available in Salisbury.

During these uncertain times surrounding COVID-19, we are offering curbside pickup as a courtesy to our customers. Simply give us a call at 704-636-0889 to place your order, then let us know when you arrive in front of our natural food store and we will deliver your order straight to your vehicle for no extra charge.

Historical Location

Our store operates in a circa 1919 historical building in downtown Salisbury, NC. The building was renovated in 2008 with many of the original elements still in place such as the entry way tile floor, ceiling tiles, windows and parts of hardwood flooring. Founded in 1753, Salisbury is one of North Carolina's oldest cities and is known for it's historical preservation. It boasts 5 local historical districts, 10 national registered historical districts, 3 colleges, and a beautiful Amtrak train depot.
